These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated under the brand Mystery Box Pro (the “Site”), owned and operated by Mystery Box Pro LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as all policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, All Sales Final / Refund Policy, and FAQ disclosures (collectively, the “Policies”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Mystery Box Pro is a brand operated by Mystery Box Pro LLC.
All references to “Mystery Box Pro” refer to the Company.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to:
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Attempting payment fraud or chargeback abuse
- Circumventing published policies
- Interfering with Site security or functionality
- Violating intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, and pursue legal remedies where violations occur.
4. ACCOUNTS & USER RESPONSIBILITY
If you create an account, you are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
- All activity conducted under your account
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
5. PRODUCTS & NATURE OF SALE
Mystery Box Pro sells surprise-based mystery boxes sourced from major retail and liquidation channels.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Contents are not known in advance
- Specific items, brands, values, or conditions are not guaranteed
- Items may be new, open-box, used, damaged, incomplete, or repackaged
- Packaging and condition vary and are part of the mystery experience
- Products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”
Product images and descriptions are illustrative only and not guarantees.
Mystery Box Pro LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brands that may appear in products, packaging, or illustrative images. All trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & AUTHORIZATION
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to:
- Charge the full purchase amount
- Verify payment information
- Decline or cancel transactions flagged as high-risk or suspicious
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference.
Key acknowledgments:
- Processing times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance
- Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
- Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
- Reshipping fees apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Refunds are not issued for carrier delays or delivery issues beyond our control
8. All Sales Final & Cancellations Policy
All Sales Are Final
All Mystery Box Pro purchases are final.
Due to the nature of mystery boxes, surprise-based products, and liquidation inventory, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has shipped.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Contents are unknown prior to delivery
- Item condition, value, and packaging may vary
- All sales are final once shipped
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Orders enter processing shortly after purchase to prepare inventory, packaging, and shipment.
Limited Pre-Shipment Exceptions
In rare cases, before an order has shipped, we may review a cancellation request at our sole discretion.
If — and only if — a cancellation is approved before shipment, the following applies:
- A 25% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the order total
- The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method
No Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Important Clarifications
- The 25% fee only applies to approved cancellations before shipment
- The fee does not apply to shipped orders, because shipped orders cannot be canceled
- Submitting a chargeback does not cancel an order or override this policy
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and all related terms at checkout.
9. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & PAYMENT ABUSE
By purchasing from the Site, you agree that disputes must first be addressed directly with us.
Submitting a chargeback or dispute under false, misleading, or knowingly inaccurate pretenses—including but not limited to:
- “Unauthorized transaction” claims by the cardholder
- “Item not as described” claims contradicting disclosures
- Claims submitted after confirmed delivery
- Attempts to bypass stated policies
may be treated as suspected fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest disputes using order records, IP data, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance logs
- Recover chargeback fees, penalties, and administrative costs
- Suspend accounts associated with dispute abuse
10. FRAUD PREVENTION & CREDIT CARD MISUSE
We actively monitor transactions using fraud-prevention tools, including but not limited to:
- Address Verification (AVS)
- CVV verification
- Device and IP analysis
- Velocity and pattern monitoring
- Manual review when required
Any attempt to use stolen payment methods, false identities, or unauthorized financial instruments will result in immediate order cancellation and escalation.
Where appropriate, suspected fraud may be reported to:
- FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Card networks and issuing banks
- Payment processors and fraud-monitoring databases
- Applicable state and federal law-enforcement agencies
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- EXPECTED VALUE OR CONDITION
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mystery Box Pro LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims of any kind arising out of or related to:
- The purchase, receipt, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any item contained in a Mystery Box
- Personal injury, bodily harm, illness, death, or property damage allegedly caused by any item
- Fire, electrical issues, mechanical failure, chemical reaction, or unsafe conditions associated with any item
- Loss of value, loss of enjoyment, loss of resale opportunity, or dissatisfaction with contents
- Carrier delays, misdeliveries, or losses once an order has shipped
- Acts or omissions of third parties, including manufacturers, carriers, or end users
All items are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall Mystery Box Pro LLC’s total cumulative liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing from Mystery Box Pro, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Items may be untested, used, open-box, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses
- You assume all risks associated with handling, storage, operation, installation, and use of any item
- You are solely responsible for determining whether any item is safe, appropriate, or fit for use
You agree that Mystery Box Pro LLC has no duty to inspect, test, certify, or warn regarding the condition, safety, or suitability of any item.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mystery Box Pro LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your purchase, possession, use, misuse, resale, or distribution of any item
- Any injury, property damage, or loss allegedly caused by an item after delivery
- Your violation of these Terms, policies, or applicable laws
- Any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct, including dispute or chargeback abuse
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and completion of any transaction.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any purchase, or any transaction with Mystery Box Pro LLC (including chargebacks and payment disputes) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise stated below.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration shall take place in the state in which Mystery Box Pro LLC is registered, unless otherwise required by law.
- The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms.
- Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that all disputes shall be brought solely on an individual basis.
You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Nothing in this section prevents the Company from seeking injunctive relief related to fraud, intellectual property misuse, or unlawful activity.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Mystery Box Pro LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, or system outages.
18. TAXES
You are responsible for applicable taxes assessed at checkout based on your location.
19. PRIVACY & DATA
Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data-protection laws, including CCPA/CPRA where applicable.
20. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
21. Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve our services and products. If you provide any feedback, you grant us the right to use and implement such feedback without any obligation to you.
22. Incorporation of Policies
These Terms of Service incorporate by reference all additional policies published on the Site, including but not limited to the All Sales Final & Cancellations Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
