All purchases made from Mystery Box Pro are final.
Mystery Box Pro does not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
This policy applies to all products, all order values, all promotions, and all customers without exception.
Nature of Mystery Box Products
Mystery Box Pro products are sold as surprise-based items.
By design:
- Specific contents are not disclosed prior to purchase
- Individual items are not guaranteed
- Product condition, packaging, and perceived value may vary
- The experience includes uncertainty and unpredictability
The customer acknowledges that the surprise element is an essential feature of the product and not a defect or misrepresentation.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Orders enter processing shortly after purchase to prepare inventory, packaging, and shipment.
Limited Pre-Shipment Exceptions
In rare cases, before an order has shipped, we may review a cancellation request at our sole discretion.
If — and only if — a cancellation is approved before shipment, the following applies:
- A 25% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the order total
- The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method
No Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Important Clarifications
- The 25% fee only applies to approved cancellations before shipment
- The fee does not apply to shipped orders, because shipped orders cannot be canceled
- Submitting a chargeback does not cancel an order or override this policy
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and all related terms at checkout.
No Refunds Based on Preference or Satisfaction
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued for:
- Disappointment with contents
- Dissatisfaction with item selection
- Perceived value differences
- Duplicate items
- Item condition (including new, open-box, used, damaged, or missing parts)
- Packaging condition or presentation
- Lack of brand recognition or resale value
Personal preference, buyer remorse, or unmet expectations do not constitute valid grounds for a refund or dispute.
Condition & Inspection Disclosure
Products sold by Mystery Box Pro are sourced from major retail and liquidation channels, including overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and excess inventory.
Items:
- May be new, open-box, used, damaged, or missing parts
- May arrive unboxed, loose, or repackaged for transit protection
- Are not individually inspected or tested prior to shipment
Condition variation is inherent to the product and fully disclosed prior to purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Mystery Box Pro directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for a transaction that complies with this policy constitutes a violation of the purchase agreement and may be contested with supporting documentation, including:
- Policy acceptance records
- Order confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Product disclosures
Mystery Box Pro actively disputes chargebacks that contradict disclosed terms and conditions.
Fraudulent Disputes & Misrepresentation
Mystery Box Pro takes payment fraud and dispute abuse seriously.
Mystery Box Pro actively monitors transactions for indicators of payment fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards, mismatched billing or shipping information, abnormal purchasing patterns, and other high-risk signals commonly associated with fraudulent activity. Transactions may be reviewed, delayed, canceled, or voided prior to fulfillment at our discretion as part of standard fraud-prevention procedures.
Any chargeback, dispute, or claim submitted under false, misleading, or knowingly inaccurate pretenses, including but not limited to:
- Claims of “unauthorized transaction” when the purchase was made by the cardholder or an authorized user
- Claims of “item not as described” where product disclosures were clearly presented and accepted
- Claims submitted after confirmed delivery
- Attempts to bypass published policies through payment processor disputes
…may be treated as suspected fraudulent activity.
Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit card information, constitutes criminal activity and may be reported accordingly.
Where appropriate, Mystery Box Pro reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities and organizations, which may include:
- The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Applicable state and local law enforcement agencies
- Relevant federal law-enforcement authorities
- Payment processors, issuing banks, and card networks
- Merchant fraud monitoring and risk-management databases
Reports may include order records, delivery confirmation, IP address data, transaction metadata, and policy acceptance logs.
Nothing in this policy limits Mystery Box Pro’s right to pursue lawful remedies or to cooperate fully with financial institutions and authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud.
Policy Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Mystery Box Pro, the customer confirms that they have:
- Read and understood this policy
- Accepted the surprise-based nature of the product
- Agreed that all sales are final
- Waived the right to refunds, returns, or exchanges
Acceptance of this policy is required to complete checkout.
Policy Enforcement
Mystery Box Pro reserves the right to:
- Enforce this policy at its sole discretion
- Deny refunds or chargeback reversals
- Refuse future service to customers who violate purchase terms
This policy is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
