How does Mystery Box Pro work? 
You choose a box, we pack the surprises, and ship it to your door. Each box follows its own theme — and opening it is half the fun.

Each mystery box is packed based on its specific theme and includes a selection of surprise items chosen to fit that category. Specific items are not guaranteed.

Our merchandise is sourced from major retail and liquidation inventory. This includes overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and excess inventory from large retailers.
What condition are the items in? 
Our merchandise is sourced from major retail and liquidation inventory. Items may be new, open-box, used, damaged, or missing parts. Items may arrive unboxed, loose, or repackaged for protection. We do not inspect or test individual items. Condition varies by box and is part of the mystery experience.

We do not make guarantees regarding brand authenticity or retail value. Items are sourced from major retail and liquidation channels, and condition and packaging may vary.
Can I choose items or request changes? 
No. Mystery Box Pro boxes are randomly packed based on the box theme, and we can’t accommodate specific item requests or substitutions.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
What if I don’t like what I receive? 
Mystery Box Pro products are sold as surprise items, and part of the experience is the unpredictability of what’s inside. Because contents, condition, and value can vary, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preference or disappointment with the contents.

How long does shipping take? 
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location once the order leaves our facility. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Do you offer free shipping?

We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I receive tracking information? 
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it? 
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. In some cases, carriers may mark packages delivered early or leave them in a secure nearby location.
If you’re unable to locate your package after checking, please contact us and we’ll review the delivery details and assist where possible. Mystery Box Pro is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

What if my package arrives damaged? 
While we package orders carefully, shipping damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and contents so we can review the situation.

Are Mystery Box Pro boxes good for gifts? 
Yes! Mystery boxes are popular gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Many customers enjoy opening them with friends or family.
Are Mystery Box Pro boxes good for resellers? 
Some customers purchase mystery boxes for resale or secondary markets. While certain items may have resale potential, resale value is not guaranteed. Items are sold strictly as surprise products, and condition, demand, and market value can vary.

Can I cancel my order? 
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Orders enter processing shortly after purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
In limited cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion before an order has shipped. If a cancellation is approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Approved refunds are issued solely at our discretion.
