Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy for complete details on how we process and ship orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order is placed.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or periods of high order volume. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


2. Shipping Locations

Mystery Box Pro currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and operational issues may impact delivery timelines and are outside of our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Any free shipping offers are subject to eligibility requirements and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.


5. Tracking Information

Once an order ships, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.


6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information indicates that an order has been successfully delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying delivery location
  • Checking with household members, neighbors, or property management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details

Mystery Box Pro is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Claims of non-receipt for packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargeback reversals.


7. Shipping Damage

While orders are packaged securely, damage may occur during transit.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must contact us promptly and provide:

  • Clear photos of the external packaging
  • Clear photos of the contents

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Mystery Box Pro is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be refunded.

If an order is returned due to an address error:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply
  • Refunds are not granted under any circumstances

Mystery Box Pro assumes no responsibility for delivery failures caused by customer-provided address errors.

10. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Mystery Box Pro, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy in full, including all processing timelines, delivery terms, carrier limitations, and customer responsibilities.
